How You Spend Your EightHours
* Respond to client problems andquestions coming in through email andtelephone
* Diagnose troubleshoot and resolveportal transport and network issues withclients
* Manage multiple client casessimultaneously and provide regular progress updates to clients withopen support issues
* Enter clientrelatedinformation including case history into the contact trackingdatabase
* Accurately identify replicate anddocument software defects and clientrequested product enhancementsin the appropriate tracking system
* Assist withthe build of Linuxbased servers for deployment at clientsites
* Help customers install configure and usethe AG Mednet network and peripheralsystems
What You MustPossess
* A degree in a technicaldiscipline or equivalent experience
* 12 yearsprior experience working in a service and/or technical supportenvironment supporting Linux servers (Red Hat or CentOS Linux is aplus)
* Experience with Windows and OS Xoperating systems
* Experience with MySQL orPostgreSQL required (ability to write complex queriespreferred)
* Broad understanding of LAN and WANtechnologies
* Shell scripting experience (BASHPython)
* Welldeveloped troubleshooting skills(i.e. an outofthebox creativeproblemsolver)
* Excellent customer serviceskills with the ability to handle and diffuse difficultsituations
* Ability to respond to clients with ahigh degree of professionalism andaccuracy
* Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
* Ability to multitask andwork under dynamic conditions and constraints with minimalsupervision
* Experience with ticketing systemspreferred but not required (e.g. Salesforce Desk JiraConfluence)
* Exposure to AWS and applicationservers is a plus
