Govan Workspace is a community-run charity set up by local people in 1981 to generate employment. The company has converted derelict buildings on four sites, including the recent £5.8m restoration of the A-listed Fairfield offices. Altogether, its sites accommodate more than 100 businesses employing some 500 people.
We are looking for a Property Administrator & Receptionist. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic with excellent organisational and people skills and will be responsible for the smooth operation of our enterprise centres and their tenants. The job involves a mix of property, administrative and reception duties, for which some relevant experience, good computer-related skills and a friendly personality are essential.
