This is an 18-month fixed term role, working 37 hours a week, with a minimum of 20% of this to be office based to promote collaboration and team working within the Governance team and other colleagues across the business. Part time hours will also be considered, however we need a minimum of 30 hours a week for this role. You'll be collecting and organising documentation and information from various systems and redacting where necessary and ensure data subject rights requests are provided within the required timescales. You'll be a contact for internal and external stakeholders to contact for any queries in relation to requests and will build relationships with colleagues to feedback identified improvements to. You’ll need to be organised and have excellent attention to detail. Your communication skills will be your forte, both verbal and written. Due to the fast-paced environment, you’ll need to have excellent time management and prioritising skills and enjoy being busy. Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in an administrative role with some knowledge of data protection and confidentiality. Interviews are due to take place 2nd October
