Job summary To lead a team of Clinical Support Workers and provide specialist mental health advice, care and treatment to patients staff in the acute hospital setting. Patients in the acute phase of admission to hospital or whilst waiting for appropriate placement, sometimes have mental health or enhanced care needs as well as physical health needs.
