Role Overview
This is a full-time remote position. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, installing and commissioning machinery, troubleshooting, and performing repairs. Additionally, you will ensure product quality and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs. Your role will also involve offering technical advice and training to clients as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers
* Install, commission, and repair machinery
* Ensure high-quality product performance and maintenance
* Work closely with internal teams to identify and address customer requirements
* Deliver technical advice and training as needed
Qualifications & Skills
* HNC or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or relevant work experience
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Service Engineer or similar role
* Strong knowledge of CNC machines, industrial automation, and maintenance
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Willingness to travel as required
