Position: Marketing Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Excellent Benefits

The Company: Our Client, a global sports clothing and merchandise company, excels in supporting major international events, businesses, and charities with custom-made products and branding. Their commitment to enhancing their presence in long-term growth markets through proprietary product development and strategic investments in people and facilities.
The Role: Due to sustained continued expansion, they are now looking for a Marketing Manager whose primary responsibilities will include assisting with bid preparation, carrying out market research, and designing/maintaining Company promotional literature and website.
Other key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Plan, organise, set up and assist with running exhibition stands in the UK and overseas.
2. Carry out market research then analyse and present the data in support of sales and order intake forecasts and the strategic planning process.
3. Create/update brochures and other Company literature such as data sheets.
4. Maintain and recommend improvements to the Company website.
The Person: Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following:
1. HND/Degree qualified in Business Studies / Marketing / Administration or similar.
2. Proven sales/marketing experience in a related industry desired but not essential.
3. Able to respond to bid documents & Knowledge of “Best Practice” industry processes.
You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be computer literate, and able to work as part of a team.
The successful candidate will enjoy a salary of £30,000 to £40,000 (dependant on experience) plus excellent prospects and an employment package that you would expect from a company that values its employees.
