Responsibilities:
Raising sales ledger invoices for multiple departments
Dealing with client queries around invoices and raising credit notes
Assisting the credit control team as well as the sales manager
Providing excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
Matching the cash receipts daily
Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth financial operationsRequirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
