CK Group are recruiting for a Training Administrator, to join a global leading food brand company, at their site based in Reading, on a contract basis for 11 months.
This role will be part-time, 15 hours over three days (Tue, Wed, Thu) 8am-1pm.
Salary:
£16.00 per hour PAYE.
Training Administrator Role:
* Create virtual classrooms and include all relevant course material.
* Support in the hosting of virtual courses and in-person courses.
* Maintain and drive continuous improvement of the ‘customer experience’ through monitoring and controlling course material.
* Provide administrative support in the training inbox for queries related to course materials and any other adhoc requests.
* Updating materials in line with tutor expectations across all platforms – in Adobe Connect, Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, MS Teams and our print provider Mimeo.
Your Background:
* An ideal candidate will have worked in events or training environment or has good project management skills, but is not essential.
* Multi-tasking and prioritisation of tasks and meeting deadlines.
* Demonstrate stakeholder relationship management (for professional working relationships with external trainers and customers).
