We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Domiciliary Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services within our home care setting. Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service.
Lead and support a team of nurses and care staff to deliver exceptional home care services.
Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with medication management policies.
Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans tailored to meet the needs of each client.
Ensure that all staff are trained and competent in delivering care according to best practices.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular assessments of client needs and satisfaction to improve service delivery.
Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders to promote effective communication and collaboration.
Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to within the service environment.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within home care, assisted living, or senior care settings is essential.
Strong background in healthcare management, with relevant qualifications preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while promoting a culture of respect and professionalism.
Experience in developing care plans and conducting assessments for individuals requiring support.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A thorough understanding of medication administration protocols and best practices in domiciliary care.
Must have NVQ level 5 and full UK driving Licence
