Are you a dynamic Technical Sales Engineer looking to contribute to cutting-edge automated material handling solutions? Join our client's team to work on exciting projects, combining technical expertise with customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop tailored technical solutions and detailed proposals for customers.
* Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for additional services or products.
* Conduct site visits for surveys, technical discussions, and project reviews to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
* Present and explain technical solutions to clients, bridging the gap between their needs and our engineering capabilities.
* Provide input into design concepts, leveraging knowledge of manufacturing processes like milling, turning, and sheet metal fabrication.
* Manage projects effectively, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
The Technical Sales Engineer will have:
* Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent technical background.
* 3+ years' experience in automated material handling equipment or conveyor systems.
* Familiarity with 3D CAD software (preferably SolidWorks) and the ability to produce engineering drawings.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, reliability, and maintenance principles.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver results.
