We are seeking a Head of SHEQ to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering and maintaining a robust SHEQ performance regime company-wide. This role involves leading all aspects of SHEQ performance, ensuring continuous improvement to our in-house standards, systems, and procedures, implementing legislative compliance, and best practices across our multidisciplinary team.
Engage and support directors and managers to create and maintain a vibrant health and safety culture.
Implement initiatives, campaigns, and new processes to drive continual improvement of safety, health, environment, and quality.
Develop, review, and update all SHEQ strategies, policies, procedures, and documentation.
Manage and lead all incident investigations and ensure effective inspection and internal audit plans.
Prepare regular reports on operational SHEQ performance.
Liaise with external bodies and stakeholders, including regulatory and professional organisations.
NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) Level 6 in Occupational Safety and Health.
~ Full understanding of legal HSE policy and guidelines.
~ Willingness to travel internationally (as required).
~ Proven analytic, planning, and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
