4. Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
5. Full UK driving licence essential
6. Shift Patterns: 7:30am - 3pm, 2:30pm - 10pm, 7:30am - 10pm or 8am - 8pm, every other weekend, and at least one sleep-in per week.
About Us:
Ready to make a difference and have fun while doing it? We're looking for enthusiastic and supportive Support Workers to join our team in Willingham. We are located in the South Cambridgeshire district, just 25 minutes from Cambridge city centre. You’ll be supporting 5 amazing individuals (4 ladies and 1 gentleman), helping them live their best lives every day.
What You'll Be Doing:
7. Enjoy interests like gardening in the allotment, watching Disney movies, and singing along to Doris Day.
8. Participate in exciting outings like hydrotherapy sessions, trips to the cinema, bowling, the zoo, and even beach holidays!
9. Provide person-centred support, including PEG feeding, medication, and mobility assistance. Don’t worry, we’ll train you!
10. Work with a fantastic team – we believe in strong teamwork, and no one works alone.
11. Drive our minivan on outings and trips. A full UK driver’s license is essential.
