Mobile Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)
A fantastic opportunity to work for a M&E Service Provider who is recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) covering a handful of sites in Livingston, West Lothian, Scotland, and once a week travelling to a site in Newcastle. Travel time will be paid for. This is a permanent position paying a salary of £40,000 per annum, with a company vehicle and fuel card provided. Overtime opportunities and fantastic opportunities for career progression are available.
Job Role
You will be required to work between Monday and Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with overtime opportunities available. No call out is required. Engineers are expected to be technically strong with great fault-finding abilities and a desire to work in a demanding yet rewarding environment.
The role of a Mobile Maintenance Engineer includes:
1. Carrying out servicing and reactive repairs to electrical and mechanical services.
2. Assisting other trades as directed by the operations supervisor.
3. Carrying out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive).
4. Diagnosing and repairing faults on electrical and building services (L8, AHU maintenance, fire alarms, lighting testing, lighting repairs, pumps, motors, heating system fault finding and awareness).

Skills Required
The successful candidate must have:
* At least 3 years of experience in electrical building services.
* A Full UK CLEAN Driving Licence.
* 18th edition City & Guilds Electrical Level 3 installation or equivalent.
* Good interpersonal skills as this is a client-facing role.
