SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER (MARKET RESEARCH)

Harnham have partnered with a market research and insights consultancy looking to find a Sales Account Manager, new business to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work closely with their Client Services Director to nurture strategic client relationships, ensure customer retention, and unlock new business opportunities.
THE ROLE:
* Commercial responsibility for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers and to develop and lead customer relationships to ensure renewal, credit usage/upsell and achieve growth targets.
* Relationship management: oversee the relationship and create trust with key customer stakeholders at a senior level
* Deliver on the KPIs for each account to ensure targets are met
* Review meetings, creating roadmaps and strategy reviews.
* Set up and lead on Account review meetings to identify and pursue cross-sell & upsell opportunities to enable portfolio growth
* Collaborate with the Product Success Team, Research Team and IT Team to improve the platform feature set and user experience to optimise retention
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
As a Sales Account Manager, New Business you will have the following;
* Minimum 5 years of experience working in client development, account management, or sales within the research technology, SaaS, or insights industry.
* Deep understanding of research software and/or audience businesses, with knowledge of both the subscription and renewal models.
* A relationship builder with strong communication skills who excels in influencing senior stakeholders
* Proven new business development expertise taking a new relationship from discovery call, closing the business and developing the relationships
* Passionate about driving results with a customer-centric approach.
