Were Looking for Someone Who:
* Holds a Health & Social Care Management Qualification at QCF Level 5 (or equivalent)
* Has experience developing therapeutic interventions and delivering group or one-on-one sessions in a substance misuse setting
* Has overseen the operations of a centre
* Is proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
* Can manage financial budgets effectively
* Leads and supports a diverse team of staff and volunteers
* Is skilled in managing challenging behaviour
* Is committed to continuous professional development
* Is flexible and adaptable to the needs of the role
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the centre complies with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards and safeguarding protocols
* Maintain and improve the quality of the therapeutic recovery programme
* Oversee a range of therapeutic interventions and social inclusion initiatives
* Compile data and produce accurate, timely reports
* Manage the performance and development of staff and volunteers
* Maximise client retention and occupancy to meet company targets
* Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the centre, including health & safety and facilities management
