During this apprenticeship, you will be part of the Engineering UK Practice. We deliver projects to various Computacenter world-wide customers by ensuring that the projects and services across the business are delivered, maintained, and tested to a high standard. The role will involve working alongside other delivery team members, IT and business departments, as well as third-party suppliers. Looking for candidates with a willingness to learn and develop new skills, as well as the ability to work as a team player and adapt to changing priorities.
You’ll work within an inclusive and supportive environment where we make sure everybody feels welcome and included. If there’s anything you’re not sure about, a colleague will be happy to answer any questions you might have. It’s how we all grow and learn.
What you’ll do
For the duration of your programme, you will be studying towards a level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship qualification. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will dedicate 80% of your time in work and 20% studying toward your qualification.
Data Analyst responsibilities include working closely with a team of engineers, project managers, and consultants to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects.

* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports to present and communicate your findings and recommendations back to the team.
* Manage project issues by using problem-solving skills and taking appropriate actions to manage and correct the issue, should any arise.
* Be a key point of contact for all participants in the project as well as sharing any relevant communications.
* Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests.

What you’ll need
As you can tell, this exciting role will give you a lot of skills and knowledge, but we do have some requirements upfront. As well as a strong interest in Data Analysis, you should be able to demonstrate the following:
* You will need to have achieved GCSEs in Maths and English Language GCSE grade 4/C or above. If you do not hold these grades in both English and Maths, we can support you to gain this by the time you complete your apprenticeship.

* You must also be confident in using computer software including Microsoft Office.
