Hours of work: 40 hours each week. Monday to Friday, between 07:00 & 19:00. Overtime shift pattern primarily on Weekends.
Location: Bristol HO/Hybrid Working
The purpose of the role is to:
* Have a good understanding of all Clients Contracts and the SLA’s contained within.
* Have a good understanding of all internal Operational Level Agreements and the application of them.
* Have excellent understanding of all internal processes and procedures and adherence of them.
* Have excellent understanding of all internal call logging/scheduler/tracking tools to meet Service Level Agreements.
What you’ll be doing:
* Responsible for end-to-end work order management within the tasks defined.
* Review and adjust processes and tasks as the business dictates.
* Driving “lean” and continuous improvement principles to processes and procedures.
* Ensure optimum resource is available to achieve tasks as required within the field.
* Understanding and implementation of all financial processes.
* Full compliance with all F-Gas management processes and procedures.
* Follow all escalation procedures if performance within SLA cannot be achieved as required.
* Constant use of internal and Client's systems ensuring updates are available at all times.
* Processing paperwork and tasks quickly and accurately.
* Providing excellent Customer Service to all Clients and internal Customers at all times.
* Maintaining and growing relationships with all suppliers and Sub Contractors.
