We are seeking a motivated and caring Teaching Assistant with a strong interest in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This rewarding full-time role, based in a primary school in Bracknell, offers the potential to become permanent and provides an opportunity to make a significant difference by offering personalised support to children who need extra assistance in their learning. Key Responsibilities: Supporting children with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, ensuring they have access to a tailored and inclusive learning experience. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement Educational and Health Care Plans (EHCP) and adapt resources to meet students' needs. Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students, encouraging social and academic development. Assisting with classroom management and ensuring a safe, supportive setting for all pupils. Providing emotional and behavioural support, fostering a nurturing relationship with the children in your care. Requirements: Previous experience working with children with SEN, particularly in a primary school setting, is desirable. A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children with diverse needs. A strong ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a supportive team. Relevant qualifications in child care or education are preferred but not essential. Why Join Us?
