Description The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning March 18, 2024 and ending June 30, 2024, with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JP Morgan Chase at the end of the program. The program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after an extended career break for two or more years. The fellowship placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set and interest areas within our Corporate Investment Banking, Asset Wealth Management & Commercial Banking Operations business. The program offers a great reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace with our goal being to place high performing participants who successfully complete the program into full-time positions within the firm. We have opportunities across our Finance & Business Management function including: Product Control, Legal Entity Control & Control Management. If you have a background in finance, accounting, statistics, or economics and relevant industry previous experience we would love to hear from you. Any technical/analytical skills or professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA) will be a big plus. We are accepting applications through the program for our Product Control Function. The team provides support to the financial controllers and trading desks to ensure that the P&L, balance sheet, and month end close procedures are done correctly and accurately. Job Responsibilities: Assist with daily P&L reporting and month-end close processes Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management Partner with the business to drive forth and implement robust controls and new business initiatives Drive coordination across various front & back office support functions to ensure resolution of control and reporting issues in an accurate and timely manner Serve as an analytical and project support resource for product control Handle various ad-hoc requests on a daily basis Diversity and Inclusion at JPM A culture of inclusion is critical to JP Morgan’s success.
