As Events Team Member you’ll have an important part to play in our team working in multiple departments assisting in the day-to-day operation.
You don’t need any experience to join our team and become one of us. All we want from you is a positive attitude, smile on your face and a passion to work hard in the exciting world of hospitality. This role is 16 hours per week.
Duties include:
* Setting up meeting rooms and events areas
* Delivering the highest standards in service and presentation
* Preparing & maintaining tea/coffee station
* Organize and deliver any conference food and beverage in a timely manner
* Ensuring all working & storage areas are kept clean and tidy
* To lay up tables for the different services and to Company standards
What we’re looking for…
* Excellent customer service skills.
* To be aware of food hygiene.
* The ability to move items of furniture, chairs/tables etc.
* Good communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Ensuring all areas are clean and presentable.
