Quality & Compliance Facilitator - Fully Remote
The Quality & Compliance Facilitator will oversee quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks to support our teleradiology services. This role involves ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations, facilitating risk management, and embedding a quality-first culture across our teams.
What you'll do:
* Support the operational delivery and implementation of The HLH Group's governance and risk processes, by providing advice, support, and guidance to operational teams on all aspects of healthcare governance including:
o Clinical and non-clinical
o Health and Safety

Key Responsibilities:
* Improve and manage a pre-existing governance monitoring system.
* Provide a first point-of-contact to customers regarding clinical governance reports.
* Partner with clinical, operational, and IT teams to maintain high standards and smooth service quality.
* Support regulatory adherence and clinical standards.
* Coordinate governance meetings, documenting key actions and decisions.
* Maintain compliance and audit records, facilitating monthly quality and governance reports.

Person Specification
Experience
* Familiarity with healthcare regulations (ideally in radiology, but not essential).
* Experience in quality management, compliance, or governance roles.
* Experience of policy management.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Knowledge of NHS standards, Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations, and ISO accreditations.
* Previous experience in a remote healthcare setting and scale-up.
* Relevant qualifications or interest in further education in governance or quality assurance.

£36,000 to £44,000 a year depending on experience.
