Our client delivers and installs large steel temporary access solutions and is working on some of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects. Our clients access products play a key role in the successful delivery of large-scale construction and engineering schemes across a variety of sectors.
Due to succession planning, our client is now looking to recruit a Junior Site/Project Manager to join their team.
As a Junior Site/Project Manager, you will be supporting and shadowing an experienced Project Manager, gaining hands-on experience in the management and delivery of projects.
This role will be split between the office in Nottingham and being on site (2/3 of the time being at Nottingham).
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met
* Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are maintained
* Conduct site visits across the UK to oversee project delivery and ensure health and safety standards are adhered to
* Prepare project reports and documentation, including risk assessments and method statements
* Support in managing project risks, resources, and deliverables
Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence is essential
* Experience of working within Project Managementwithin steel structures
* Experience in preparing RAMS, Lift plans, Method Statements (CAD advantageous)
* Able to commute to the Nottingham office
