You will…
1. Communicate with Senior Level Executives to support with arranging meetings and travel.
2. Organise corporate meetings and company-wide events, including international events & the Christmas party.
3. Support with internal communications from Senior Leadership to the wider team.
4. Respond to routine enquiries and messages on behalf of Senior Level Executives.

You will need…
1. 1 year+ experience in an office, admin or events management role.
2. Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing key stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
3. IT Literacy – knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
4. Time management & problem-solving skills.
