We are currently recruiting for an Estates Administrator to join our department in the Estates team on a 12 month fixed term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has an interest developing their administration experience and join a well-established team.
We could also offer this as a secondment opportunity.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have strong communication skills and the ability to confidently communicate to key stakeholders
2. Have the ability to work on their own, self-managing workloads and tasks
3. Have a flexible working approach
Your day to day duties will include but may not be limited to:
4. Issuing badges, keys and swipe cards where requested-receiving & returning of deposits
5. Being a first point of contact for stakeholders across the sites in regards to helpdesk issues
6. To maintain and take charge of the Contractor car parking: allocating the bays, collecting payment and receipting them.
7. Provide typing, data entry, telephone support to Estates team
