An established and growing contractor within the fire safety sector is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of passive fire protection projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the day-to-day operations of multiple fire door projects in support of Commercial and Contracts Managers.
2. Prepare and manage project documentation including RAMS, schedules, and health and safety files.
3. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
4. Maintain internal systems with up-to-date information on project progress, labour allocations, and deliveries.
5. Support with procurement and stock management processes.
6. Assist in compiling project reports and ensuring all documentation meets compliance and audit requirements.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a project coordination, scheduling, or administrative role within construction or fire safety is preferred.
2. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and comfortable learning new systems.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and work to deadlines.
5. Knowledge of fire protection systems is advantageous but not essential - training will be provided.
