Davanti Tyres has grown since its inception in 2015 to become of the UK’s most prominent tyre brands. With a focus on innovation, continuous development and exceptional customer support, Davanti have ambitious plans for continued growth in the UK and globally. We are looking to recruit a talented, experienced, highly-driven sales person to join our UK sales team.
As Regional Brand Sales Manager, you will be working with two of our key UK distribution partners to grow the sales of Davanti and other associated brands in their territory. Reporting directly to the Sales Director of Davanti, you will integrate closely with the management and sales teams of the respective distributors and will be extremely well rewarded for creating sales growth of our brands within their businesses. We have market leading brand programs, which you would be responsible for promoting and growing in these areas, bringing on and managing new customers.
In 2025, we are launching a new brand to the UK market, Envoy Tyres. A wholly owned, designed and developed brand, this will add to the exciting scope of the brands you would be responsible for growing.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, capable of building strong and professional relationships and be proactive in seeking out opportunities for growth. This is a field-based role covering the Midlands, East Midlands and East Anglia so the ideal candidate would be located in this geographical area and be flexible to travel within this area.
Duties include:
* Working in conjunction with key distribution partners to grow the dealer network of Davanti, Landsail, Envoy and Evergreen
* Identifying sales opportunities in the independent, car dealer and national account sectors and working with the respective teams to ensure growth in these areas
* Integrating with the respective teams to improve brand offerings, service levels, stock management and any other area required to grow sales
* Being a core member of the UK sales team, you will be involved in helping refine and improve the brand programs to ensure they remain at the forefront of the industry
* Assisting and training the internal and external sales teams of the distribution partners to improve their promotion of our brands

Package:
Excellent basic salary dependent on experience with high, achievable, uncapped OTE
