UK Brewery Tours is seeking a tour guide to support our hop farm tours at Hukins Hop Farm near Tenterden in Kent.
Tasks
We are looking for someone who can offer guided tours to groups of around 15 people. This work is seasonal, with peak times from July to September.
We will pay a minimum fee plus a price per person attending.
Our hop farm tours include:
1. Walk around the farm, in the hop gardens.
2. Visit inside to see the hop picking machine and hop kilns.
3. Beer Tasting and Hop Rubbing at the end.
Tours usually run from 10 am to 1 pm and are 3 hours long, but some may take place outside these times when requested.
Requirements
* You will need some knowledge of the beer industry; however, we can help support your knowledge development for the hop farm tours.
* You will need your own transport, ideally a car, as the farm is not easily accessible by public transport.
* You should be based within traveling distance to the farm.
