About the Team
Our team extends across chemicals, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, aerospace and defence industries. Working closely with our clients to understand their challenges, our team will create a plan to address process safety concerns throughout the full lifecycle – from Hazard Identification through to decommissioning.

What you will be doing:
Ensuring safe and efficient operation of the office – Including general management of the office building, e.g. maintenance, cleaning, safety equipment, waste management, as well as meeting and greeting all visitors.
Administration support tasks – Including typing / editing of documents and presentations and assisting the bid team in collating standard company information for Bids.
Commercial/ Business/ Financial Support - Draft Invoice creation and taking responsibility for ensuring the COB data inputted each month. Also, ensuring data for timesheets and expenses are completed weekly, approval gained and released.
