The Role: Use evidence-based teaching practices to maximize student learning and progression. Develop and refine curriculum materials to align with school goals and national standards. Engage in reflective practice, including self-evaluation and contributing to the school’s improvement plan. Contribute to the wider school community by participating in school events, extracurricular activities, and community initiatives. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching English in secondary schools. Strong knowledge of the English national curriculum. A Bachelor’s degree in English or a related discipline (desirable).
