We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join us and support with our fee earner recruitment across Manchester, Birmingham, and Exeter.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic recruitment team, ensuring inclusive and accessible recruitment processes across both UK and international offices.

The Role
* Lead experienced fee-earner recruitment in Manchester, Birmingham, and Exeter, and support London and international recruitment
* Manage the entire recruitment process from approval to induction
* Use social media to promote the company and connect with potential candidates
* Oversee the on-boarding and induction of new joiners
* Maintain key agency relationships and assess recruitment partner performance
* Promote internal referral schemes and manage recruitment protocols
The Candidate
The ideal Senior Recruitment Officer will possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Proven experience in fee-earner recruitment, either in-house or within an agency
* Advantageous to have international recruitment experience
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to build relationships quickly and work collaboratively
* Resilient, adaptable, and aligned with the company's values
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
* Willingness to travel to other UK offices as needed
