The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and established Project Manager with experience in CCTV systems and/or loss prevention projects. Please note as per Lidl internal structures, your internal job title will be “Senior Consultant” What you'll do Support our team in developing and delivering Security and CCTV related projects to ensure technology provides maximum benefit to the business. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build robust processes in compliance with data protection laws. Prepare and present project feedback and advise stakeholders on next steps. Provide a central contact point for the business on Security and CCTV topics. To communicate complex issues in an appropriate way to business stakeholders. Presenting project proposals and outcomes to Senior Management and the Board of Directors. Provide training and support to stakeholders and internal teams on the use and maintenance of CCTV systems and related technologies. Develop projects targeted at identifying and reducing both internal and external theft. Explore Security Operations Centre opportunities within the business to provide integration of CCTV systems with security operations, enhancing overall situational awareness and response capabilities. What you'll need Proven experience as a Project Manager and rollout of large-scale projects. Experience of CCTV systems and related technology. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. A methodical/ analytical approach and great problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills MS Office Professional Suite Experience in retail is preferred. It would be beneficial to have any experience integrating CCTV systems with security operations.
