After Market Sales Representative
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Home-based with travel to Croydon and throughout the UK & Ireland
Salary Range: £55k - £70k (dependent on experience)

Day to day role:
* Reporting to the Head of Commercial Vehicles your role will be to drive parts and service sales to the bus sector
* Support and maintain relationships with OEMs and bus operators to develop all potential opportunities.
* Prioritise and plan regular customer sales visits to promote service and the aftermarket business.
* Prepare quotations for customers as required and develop market awareness to generate new and aftermarket sales opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with the company’s risk management procedures and provide prompt and clear responses to customer queries and requests.
* Assist with new business sales development as directed by the Head of Commercial Vehicles.
* Provide and maintain a monthly summary of all customer visits and planned monthly visits.
* Represent the company professionally at trade shows and customer events.
* Undertake any other duties as required.
Required skills and qualifications:
* Demonstrable commercial experience and proven results in a manufacturing or sales role.
* A degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a business-related subject, or equivalent, is desirable.
* Customer-facing experience is essential.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills and adept at building customer relationships.
* Technical background with knowledge of the commercial vehicle sector, especially the bus market.
