Job Purpose:
This is a Sales Manager position for Eastern Europe, reporting to the Vice President - Europe. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining customer interface, increasing sales to existing accounts, and establish new accounts consistently with the company’s sales plans. You will be required to develop the annual order input budget and execute the specific sales plans and strategies to optimize existing and potential business. You will be required to recommend sales, product, and pricing strategies to the Commercial Manager.
Objectives:
Prepare key account strategy for specified territory.
Prepare annual First Fit Project order intake budgets within the specified territory.
Achieve or exceed the annual order intake budgets for the specified territory.
Assist Vice President Sales with the preparation of the long-term business plan to achieve continued growth over a 3–5-year period within the specified territory.
Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the regional sales team to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI targets are met.
Promote the use of Severn Connect as CRM tool and monitor/track data entry by the sales team.
Measure and improve order forecast v actual orders received on a monthly basis for the specified territory.
Measure and improve quotation conversion rate for the specified territory.
Continually monitor and assess the quality of agents and representatives within the specified territory.
Ensure active upkeep of the CRM system in order that accurate forecasting and measurement of success can be managed via the database.
Education and/or Experience: Experience / Knowledge:
Degree with one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge and experience of valves, within the oil and gas industry is essential. Understanding of Mechanical Engineering terminology, and existing key account relationships with businesses within the territory would be advantageous. Application expertise and sound knowledge of sales.
Must be capable of reading, writing and speaking in Russian
