We are offering a Registered Nurse position with opportunities to learn within the speciality of Respiratory, on a fast-paced acute medical ward. The ward is a 23 bedded, monitored unit. Speciality training is given to all staff and supported well by the respiratory teams.
Good education/progression opportunities will be supported by the Ward Manager.
Main Duties of the Job
1. Support the Ward Manager and other colleagues in the everyday running of the ward.
2. Maintain patient dignity and respect all patients, colleagues, other staff, and relatives.
3. Be allocated your own cohort of patients for the shift, being their first point of contact and responsible for their medical needs.

Qualifications
* NMC registered
* Grades A-C or 4 and above in both English & Maths
* In process of taking OSCE and able to register for NMC PIN
* Evidence of facilitating learning in practice
* Evidence of ongoing personal and professional development

* Understanding of patient confidentiality, governance regulations, and trust's policy surrounding this
Clinical Skills and Experience
* Demonstrates patient-focused approach
* Delivery of evidence-based practice

* Understanding of NMC code of conduct
* Newly qualified Nurse who has applied for NMC PIN

* Basic IT Skills
* Good level of spoken and written English is essential
