We have partnered with a well-established payment solutions company with 30 years of experience within the industry, who are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their welcoming team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, be confident/outgoing, and possess excellent communication abilities. You will be the front line of client communication, providing the best advice and promoting the benefits of the client's range of products in line with agreed parameters; probing to understand the potential client's requirements and skillfully handling objections via email and our live chat facility. Your ultimate objective is to convert warm leads via email and our live chat facility in order to maximize revenue contribution by providing unrivaled levels of customer service.
OTE Commission to be made £4k.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
1. Promoting the benefits of this client's product range to prospective leads.
2. Ensuring information is provided in a compliant manner by following company policy and adhering to industry and statutory legislations.
3. Answering large volumes of messages and live chats whilst providing exemplary customer service to potential customers.
4. Liaising with colleagues, management, internal departments, external employment agencies, and/or hirers on the client's behalf to resolve queries.
5. Objection Handling - respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints at the inquiry stage.
6. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
7. Go the 'extra mile' by providing great service on the products.
