Commissioning Manager / Site Manager / HVAC Site Manager required to join a leading HVAC solutions specialist.
The Commissioning Manager / Site Manager / HVAC Site Manager will be fully remote, managing sub-contractors and overseeing the installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment including chillers, heat pumps, refrigeration, air conditioning, and hydronic systems throughout regions across the M4 corridor (London to Bristol).
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth, hands-on technical experience working within the HVAC industry on industrial and commercial heating and cooling systems, displaying a background in leading and delivering site projects.

Role Responsibilities
1. Assist in the design process by undertaking site surveys for in-house pre-sales team to conduct equipment selection and quotations.
2. Oversee and manage the installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment such as chillers, heat pumps, refrigeration, air conditioning, and hydronic systems.
3. Act as the primary site point of contact to ensure chiller engineers/subcontractors execute projects within scheduled timeframe and budget.
4. Manage on-site setup of various HVAC systems along with conducting Health & Safety audits.
5. Represent the company in site meetings and support Project Managers in successful project delivery.
6. Liaise with various engineering departments.
Requirements
1. In-depth, hands-on technical experience working within the HVAC industry on industrial and commercial heating and cooling systems such as chillers, heat pumps, hydronic systems.
2. Experience in contract, commercial, and project management within the HVAC industry.
3. Experience in managing on-site Health & Safety.
4. Ability to manage chiller engineers/subcontractors, lead site meetings, and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
5. A full clean UK driving licence.
6. Willingness to commute to project sites throughout the M4 corridor.
