What’s the role:
1. Maintenance of internal business works management systems
2. Maintaining and updating information and records such as site registers, drawings etc.
3. Receiving, capturing, collating and distributing information.
4. Document and revision control.
5. Drawing and revision control
6. Supporting and recording change control.
7. Office management and general clerical duties
8. Material receipt and recording
9. Supporting the Operational team with day-to-day activities
10. Building effective relationships with direct employees, sub-contractors and client companies
11. Minute writing
What you’ll need:
* Ideally, we are looking for candidates that have worked within utilities or a similar industry.
* Have exceptional organisation skills.
* Be able to work to tight deadlines and own initiative.
* Be competent using MS Office packages.
* Always deliver excellent customer service.
