Marketing Manager
Salary: £30k-£35k per annum
Working Hours: Monday – Friday / General Office Hours
Location: Wrexham
Our client based in Wrexham currently has an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The client is looking for a self-motivated individual with experience and a keen interest in marketing. You will be working both independently and as part of a team, assisting the Account Managers in achieving a 25% growth in sales targets.
Performance Objectives
1. Supporting Account Managers on the delivery, planning, and measurement of campaign activities and media.
2. Delivering marketing activities for clients.
3. Contributing to the marketing strategy and ensuring all marketing activity is managed with the marketing team.
4. Supporting the creation and implementation of marketing strategy.
5. Manage workflow from the client through to the studio on time, and within budget allocation.
6. Liaising with clients daily, over the phone and by email, and attending regular meetings.
7. Scheduling and managing workflow through the studio.
8. Overseeing the development, implementation, and reflection of all projects.
9. Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
10. Managing suppliers/external photographers, videographers, and printers.
11. Managing a small agency team and prioritising workload.
12. Translating client requests into briefs for the team.
Person Specification
1. Marketing degree or equivalent.
2. Marketing experience in Previous Roles (Approx 10 years).
3. Background and experience in marketing (essential).
4. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail (essential).
5. Confident and friendly approach to communications.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
8. Excellent IT skills (essential).
9. Excellent communication skills, with an understanding of client needs and the ability to maintain and develop excellent client relationships.
10. Excellent organisation and time management skills.
11. Driven and goal-oriented mindset.
12. Ability to work independently in a demanding and varied role, but also be able to work as part of a team.
13. Excellent literacy skills (essential).
14. Experience using Google Analytics and Adwords (essential).
15. Experience with PPC, Meta Business Suite, and Social Media planning (essential).
16. Experience with SEO (essential).
17. Knowledge of creative and digital processes and marketing principles (desired).
18. Previous project management experience (desired).
19. Experience working with project management and accounting software, such as Xero and Basecamp (desired).
