The Retail Manager Role:
1. Operating within Warren James policies, procedures and processes, manage and take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a designated shop and small team to maximise sales, customer numbers, and team potential.
2. Create a welcoming environment & great one-to-one customer experiences.
3. Motivate and develop a small sales team to reach their full potential.
4. Set a good example in everything you do.
5. Develop and maintain an excellent knowledge of our jewellery.
The Retail Manager Essentials:
1. Experience in retail management or hospitality.
2. An ability to display a genuine passion for jewellery and customer service.
3. Promote a smart and well-groomed appearance – essential in reflecting our company’s public image.
4. A necessity to love wearing Warren James jewellery.
5. Self-motivated with good leadership and people skills.
6. Confident communicator with good organisational skills.
7. Attention to detail in everything you do.
Jewellery knowledge isn’t required as training is provided.
The Benefits:
1. Full-time contract.
2. 28 days holiday a year and after 5 years you’ll receive 33 days a year (including 8 Bank Holidays).
