Job Duties:
* Provide tutoring in Secondary Mathematics
* Create and implement individualised lesson plans
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) experience
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Required Qualifications:
* Experience in tutoring Secondary Mathematics
* Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
Experience:
At least 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the Secondary Mathematics curriculum
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education or Mathematics
* Experience using technology in the classroom
Working Conditions:
This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis in a school setting. The tutor will be required to travel to the location in Redhill, Surrey, and work closely with students and other educational professionals.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
