The Role
As a Sales Director - Strategic Accounts, you will lead and develop a team of six high-performing enterprise sellers, managing strategic relationships and overseeing the execution of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles. You’ll be responsible for scaling revenue across key biotech accounts, ensuring repeatable success through a structured sales playbook.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of six Strategic Account Executives, ensuring consistent performance and execution.
* Drive high-value, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, selling into CIOs, Heads of R&D, and other senior decision-makers.
* Ensure adoption of MEDDPICC sales methodology, enabling structured and repeatable deal execution.
* Build and refine a scalable sales strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to optimise pipeline velocity and deal conversion.
* Own and exceed revenue targets, driving predictable and sustainable business growth.
