Job summary The successful candidate will be part of a team that is responsible for delivering a comprehensive and efficient service, for the Reception / Control Room on a day to day basis. Knowledge and experience of search procedures, visitor management systems, CCTV, customer service, computerised records would be useful, but not essential.
