Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the directors / advisers.
* Pre-meeting preparation.
* Accurately maintain all records on client management system and update promptly.
* Checking documentation.
* Communicating with customers.
* Chasing lenders / solicitors and any other third party for case progression.
* Answer incoming calls, responding to client and provider queries as appropriate.
Requirements
* Ideally you should have 2+ years as an Administrator.
* CeMAP or equivalent would be a bonus but not essential.
* Strong & clear communicator able to speak with clients at all levels.
* Organised problem solver who has excellent attention to detail.
* A good practical understanding of Microsoft Office.
* Great people skills and a desire to learn / improve.
For the right individual, we would look at progression into advice or management, and the business would support you to achieve this.
This is a full-time role from 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
