Virtual Account Manager – Automotive (Stellantis)
Salary: up to £35,000 + £4k bonus per annum
Location: Nantwich (Hybrid, 1 day office based, 4 remote)
We are looking for a Virtual Account Manager to support the Stellantis project team. You will be accountable for the management of customers and new business opportunities to increase sales, customer satisfaction, and grow client market share. You will have a strong sales performance background, ideally within the automotive industry, with the ability to deliver agreed targets.

What will you do?
* Build and manage a sales/prospect database of fleet purchasers and maintain relationships with fleet decision makers through regular, targeted contact
* Contact companies and have in-depth conversations about their fleets
* Introduce Stellantis brands and provide information likely to influence their decisions
* Respond to enquiries and questions, providing a premium experience to mirror the brand
* Identify new business opportunities to fit with project remit
* Provide accurate quotes to customers or prospects
* Manage a database of records using applicable tools (CRM, MS Excel)
What do you need to have?
* Automotive B2B account management experience preferred
* Excellent sales, negotiation, listening, and closing skills
* Excellent attention to detail, particularly when dealing with financial information/data
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written
* A strong sense of personal accountability; you should take ownership of issues and work hard to deliver your sales target with a disciplined approach to work
