Job Title: Housing and Facilities Officer, Location: Arden Grove, Tile Hill, Coventry, Hourly rate: 12.97 £9445 per annum / pro rata 14 hours, Contract type: Permanent, Working hours: 9.00 - 4.30
Key responsibilities:
* Provide a customer-focused service for residents and colleagues
* Manage rent accounts, including service charges and income recovery services
* Ensure rent, service, and other charges are set and reviewed in line with legal requirements and regulatory standards
* Manage voids and allocations, maintain up-to-date housing waiting lists
* Work with Locality Teams and Direct Services teams to ensure a seamless service to residents
* Provide contact, advice, and guidance to customers
* Manage ASB Issues under the direction of the Business Support Manager
* Promote and market our services
* Attend customer meetings when necessary
* Comply with health and safety guidance and legislative requirements
* Staff line management responsibilities, including recruitment and selection
* Assist the business support manager in preparing reports and KPIs
* Manage repairs

As a Housing and Facilities Officer, you will undertake housing and business management functions, including providing a customer-focused service and managing the housing provisions at Arden Grove in Tile Hill Extra Care scheme for adults over 55 with varying health needs.
