Contract: 12 months Fixed-term Location: Hybrid / Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne This is a hybrid working role, so you’ll need to be able to work from our Head Office twice a week Hours per week: 37 Salary: Up to £25,000, depending on experience About the role We’re excited to be looking for a Provider Assurance Assistant to join our Provider Assurance team to help protect the integrity of our qualifications and support the delivery of fair and consistent learner outcomes. The Provider Assurance team plays a key role in safeguarding the credibility of NCFE’s qualifications. We act as a critical line of defence — investigating issues, monitoring provider compliance, and ensuring that assessment processes are fair, consistent, and robust. We’re a collaborative, purpose-led team working to uphold standards and support providers in delivering the best outcomes for learners. How you’ll make an impact: Supporting investigations into maladministration and remote invigilation incidents Conducting initial reviews and evidence gathering, summarising findings for escalation Maintaining accurate records, dashboards, and reporting tools Monitoring open cases against SLAs and flag risks or delays Supporting the development of preventative resources and awareness materials for providers We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following: Experience working in a process-driven or regulated environment Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills Confident use of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel) A collaborative approach and ability to work independently with guidance Feeling inspired?
