Position Overview
Reporting to the Operations Lead, the Operations and Sales Analyst will play a crucial role in delivering a robust and reliable supply chain globally as well as optimising both sales and logistical operations through insightful analytics and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a background in order management and logistics with a strong data-driven analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
Logistics & Order Management:
* Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to coordinate shipments of hardware to and from customers around the world.
* Management of open orders from receipt through to fulfilment ensuring all data is being registered accurately.
* Create and review accurate import/export paperwork to facilitate seamless customs clearance while maintaining compliance with all international trade regulations.
* Support ad-hoc procurement activities, including vendor coordination and purchase order management.
* Analyse supply chain data to support demand planning and forecasting, improving stock management and fulfilment efficiency.
Sales & Commercial Analytics:
* Develop and maintain sales analytics dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to commercial teams.
* Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize order & fulfilment strategies to drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
* Support data-driven decision-making by analysing sales pipelines, order trends, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in operations, order management & logistics.
* An understanding of 3PL management, import/export documentation, and procurement processes.
* Experience as an analyst/in analytics with demonstratable proficiency using analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or equivalent.
* Experience working with Salesforce is essential.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable
* Knowledge of international shipping regulations and compliance requirements.
* Experience in demand planning and forecasting methodologies.
