What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience working in a school or with children, ideally in a learning support capacity.
A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children’s individual learning needs.
Strong communication skills to build effective relationships with students, teachers, and staff.
The ability to motivate and engage children, especially those who may need extra support to reach their full potential.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with a variety of learning needs. You'll work alongside teachers to help children access the curriculum, offering both group and 1:1 support to ensure their success. Whether you’re helping with class activities, providing additional resources, or offering tailored support, you’ll be making a real difference to the educational experience of each child.
