Main duties of the job The role of Director of People Experience, Education and Development has three core elements.To directly lead the following areas of work: 1. Employee Experience and Engagement, including workforce Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, Learning and Development with particular emphasis on Leadership and Management Development. 2. To lead the multi-disciplinary community of practice of the trust's Multi-professional Education agenda in partnership with the broad coalition of stakeholders. To lead and further develop the Trust's Apprenticeship programmes. 3.
