Salary: £28k - £32k + commission, package and mileage (negotiable depending on experience)

The Role: Gordon Leak Associates are working with an exceptional luxury housing developer who is looking for a Sales Manager/Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that offers a competitive salary, security, and career progression. My client will consider all levels of face-to-face sales experience.
Preferred Experience: New Homes Sales with an Estate Agency or builder/developer, or face-to-face sales to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Communicate pricing details and obtain payments from customers.
2. Report progress to the Sales Director and participate in weekly meetings.
3. Handle general office duties, including responding to telephone queries.
4. Raise and process orders for the sales department.
5. Liaise with various departments, external stakeholders, retained agencies, subcontractors, and suppliers.
6. Coordinate updates to marketing campaigns as directed.
7. Respond to public inquiries on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
8. Assist with site setup, including ordering show home and marketing suite setups.
9. Meet with clients, assess their needs, and qualify.
10. Price negotiation.
11. Liaise with all interested parties (clients, solicitors, estate agents, etc.).
12. Customer follow-up.
13. Market research and competitor analysis.
14. Maintain the customer enquiry database.
15. Complete and distribute all documentation as required.
16. Ensure the relationship is developed and maintained to a high standard.
